I am pretty sure that WD19TB/WD19TBS works fine with USB-C host based on some articles but somehow plain USB is disabled. I tried installing an Intel driver but it failed. I have Dell work laptop with the WD19TBS docking station working fine at home and work for simple video, ethernet, keyboard, mouse.
